Design Options & Fees:
Site Plan & 3D Perspetcive
This option will give you the site view of plant placement along with a 3D visual of your own home with new plants. You send me digital photos of your house and I will give you photo imaging of plantings and hardscape ideas to give you a very real effect of the finished project. This is one way to try on the landscape plan before you actually install it.
This comes with a plant list and a plant site map along with the before & after photos of your home. I will give a couple of before/after versions to give different ideas.
Pricing depends on square footage and desired details.
FEES:
- Design Includes: Computer visuals, Layout, and a Plant ListÂ
- Full Yard Design typically starts at $500, a Partial yard (front or back only) typically starts a $300
- NEW Construction: starting at $700; as above items with help shaping bed designs
- Additional $300: Plant Sourcing & pull at Nursery (local)Â ready for your pick up, I will set the plants in the beds when you are ready to plant
- Of course, each design and yard is unique and the fee is according to size, the scope of the design, and beds and plants involved
